excellent hotel experience

convenient location included toiletries excellent breakfast polite staff

i found the location very convenient near piazza bra. the room provided included toiletries and a nice balcony. the breakfast selection seemed really good to my family. the staff seemed polite and ready to help us quickly.

i noticed slight noise at times in my room, making it a bit difficult to sleep.

the room featured tasteful decor and was super clean when i arrived the bed had comfortable linens the climate control was very effective the bathroom was modern and very clean.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options each morning. i saw fresh pastries alongside a selection of cheeses. the coffee machine worked well and quickly delivered hot beverages the dining area remained clean.

The reception staff was really cute. My room was upgraded to a suite. The breakfast buffet offered excellent choices. The hotel also provided free bicycles, which I used a lot.

The room was a little noisy.

The hotel is very close to the arena. You could throw a stone at it. The train and bus stations are about fifteen minutes away on foot. This makes travel VERY easy.

really good breakfast helpful staff convenient location noisy room thin walls poor sleep

the breakfast was so really good. the staff were very helpful and pleasant too. the hotel are located close to many sites, i even saw a tour of the arena.

my room was very noisy, i heared everything. i could not sleep well during nights. i even had to left a day early then expected, what a shame.
